Operating Room RN

Overview

Travel/contract role in Novato, California
13-week assignment
Day shift: 3x12 hours, 6:45 AM–7:15 PM
On-call nights and weekends may be required, but rarely

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in California
OR - Operating Room (2 years of experience)
OR - Operating Room experience within the last year
ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Orthopedic Surgery experience

Preferred Experience

Spine experience

Local bill rate differs
Unit-specific skills checklist required
Full 7-year work history must be included in the application with no gaps
7-year background check required within 6 months of start
Negative 9-panel drug screen required within 6 months of start
TB screening and other standard pre-start health documentation are required
Flu vaccination documentation is required during flu season unless exempt
Fit test and respiratory safety clearance are required prior to start
