Required Qualifications
- Valid California RN license
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- BLS issued by the American Heart Association
- ACLS issued by the American Heart Association
- NRP
- 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience
- Labor and Delivery experience within the last year
- One completed travel assignment
- Experience with Epic
Experience
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical Registered Nurse experience preferred in specialty areas
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
- Baby Friendly experience
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and supervise individualized patient care
- Collaborate with physicians, patients/families, and the care team
- Provide, delegate, and coordinate care
- Participate in discharge planning and patient/family teaching
- Serve as preceptor and charge nurse as assigned
- Support safety, teamwork, conflict resolution, and cost-effective care
