Cath Lab Tech
Job Overview
- Travel/contract role in Toledo, Ohio
- Day shift: 4x10 hours, 6:45 AM–5:15 PM
- 40 hours per week
- 13-week contract
- Adults and geriatrics patient population
- Average daily census: 25–30
- 7 rooms
Required Qualifications
- Valid Cath Lab Technologist license in Ohio
- Cath Lab Technologist (2 years of experience)
- Cath Lab Technologist experience within the last year
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- ARRT
- Experience in a(n) Inpatient setting
- Experience in a(n) Outpatient setting
- Stent placement experience
- Angioplasty experience
- Angiogram experience
- Paracentesis experience
- Thoracentesis experience
- IABP training
- Impella training
- STEMI-ready capability
- Experience in a STEMI/PCI facility
- Experience with Epic
Schedule / Call
- One weekday call per week
- Every 5th weekend call
- For a 13-week contract, two weekends are required: Friday 6:00 PM to Monday 7:00 AM, plus one night each week
- One holiday of call may be required during holiday periods
Additional Notes
- Travelers are accepted based on experience
- No locals accepted within 50 miles
- Scrubs are provided
- Epic is used for documentation
