Job Overview
- Location: Albany, New York
- Employment type: Travel
- Schedule: Saturday–Monday, 8:00 AM–8:30 PM
- Hours per week: 36
- Contract length: 13 weeks
Required Qualifications
- Valid CT Technologist license in New York
- CT Technologist experience within the last year
- ARRT
- BLS
- High school diploma or equivalent and completion of an approved two-year radiologic technology program
Role Summary
- Performs CT scanning procedures and assists in patient evaluation and care in a fast-paced trauma and academic medical center
- Performs CT exams for outpatients, inpatients, research patients, and patients requiring specialized CT-guided procedures
- Practices and enforces radiation safety measures in accordance with New York State Department of Health code part 16
