Case Manager
Overview
- Travel/contract role
- Location: Mission Viejo, California
- Start: ASAP
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Shift: Day, 5x8 hours, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
- Hours: 40 per week
- Floating: May float to another facility
- Patient ratio: 1:25
- Setting: Acute care facility
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in California
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Case Management (2 years of experience)
- Case Management experience within the last year
- One completed travel assignment
- Experience in an Acute Care setting
- Acute Hospital Case Management Experience
Schedule Notes
- Variable 5-day workweek
- Department operates 7 days per week
- Days off vary and are not guaranteed to be consecutive
- Requested time off is limited to 7 days
