Labor and Delivery RN

Schedule
- Night shift
- 4x12 hours
- Rotating holidays and weekends
- Block scheduling is not available
- Travelers must work two of the three winter holidays
Contract Length
13 weeks
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Maryland
- Labor and Delivery (3 years of experience)
- Labor and Delivery experience within the last year
- One completed travel assignment
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure
- EFM - Electronic Fetal Monitoring
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- OB Triage experience
- OB/GYN experience
Additional Notes
- Labor & Delivery unit provides care from 20 weeks gestation through 6 weeks postpartum
- The unit includes Labor & Delivery rooms, OB Triage, OB Operating Rooms, and OB PACU
- C-EFM is preferred for fetal monitoring; AWHONN Intermediate is accepted, but C-EFM must be obtained if contract extensions meet or exceed 1 year from the initial contract start date
