Required Qualifications
- Valid CT Technologist license in Ohio
- CT Technologist experience within the last year
- ARRT (CT)
- High school diploma or GED and Associate's degree in radiologic technology or sciences
- Experience working with Pediatric patients
Compliance / Onboarding
- Government-issued photo ID
- Proof of E-Verify or attestation
- Background check
- EPLS/GSA/SAM check
- HHS/OIG check
- Onsite fingerprinting
- Orientation safety manual acknowledgement
- Initial physical exam
- Tdap vaccination
- TB screening or chest X-ray
- Measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, and varicella immunity or vaccination documentation
- 10-panel drug screen before start
- Flu vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption during flu season
- Flu exemption form if requesting a medical exemption
- Radiation badge issued for X-Ray Techs and candidates going to Cath Lab
Notes
- Scrub color: grape/purple; black pants are acceptable with a purple top
- Weekly hours vary between 8 and 24
