Required Qualifications
- Valid CT Technologist license in Maryland
- CT Technologist (1 year of experience)
- CT Technologist experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
Compliance / Pre-Start Requirements
- Government-issued photo ID
- E-Verify proof or attestation
- Background check covering all locations lived/worked in the past 7 years
- EPLS/GSA/SAM check
- HHS/OIG check
- Transcript, diploma, or education verification showing highest completed degree
- Physical exam within 1 year of start
- Fit test within 12 months of start
- Tdap vaccination within the last 10 years
- TB screening within 90 days of start
- Measles, mumps, rubella, and varicella immunity or vaccination documentation
- Hepatitis B immunity documentation or approved declination
- Flu vaccination or approved exemption during flu season
- Drug screen including cotinine/nicotine and marijuana within 30 days of start
- Passport-style badge photo
