Case Manager
Overview
- Travel/contract role in Torrance, California
- Start date: ASAP
- Day shift, 5x8 hours, 8:00–16:30
- 40 hours per week
- 13-week contract
- Acute care facility
Schedule
- Every other weekend required
- Must be available for holidays
- No floating expected
- RTO limited to no more than 7 days
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in California
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Case Management (2 years of experience)
- Case Management experience within the last year
- Experience in a(n) Acute Care setting
- Discharge Planning
- Acute Hospital Case Management Experience
Work Environment
- Patient ratio: 1:20 on days
- Scrubs or business attire permitted
