ICU RN
Overview
- Travel/Contract role in Crescent City, California
- Night shift: 3x12 hours, 19:15–7:15
- 36 hours per week
- 13-week contract
- Every other weekend required
- On-call / call-off based on census
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in California
- ICU - Intensive Care Unit (2 years of experience)
- ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience within the last year
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing

- Unit-specific skills checklist
- Full 7 years of work history in the application, including city and state for each location, with no gaps
- 7-year background check
- Sex offender search
- EPLS/GSA/SAM search
- HHS/OIG search
- FACIS Level 3 screening
- California Medi-Cal search result if FACIS III cannot be run monthly
- Employment application review/sign prior to start
- Standards of business conduct review/sign prior to start
- Job description review/sign prior to start
- General regulatory orientation review/sign prior to start

- Negative TB or chest X-ray
- Physical exam
