Required Qualifications
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in California
- Occupational Therapist experience within the last year
- 1 year of Occupational Therapist experience
- Experience in a Home Health setting
- BLS
Role Responsibilities
- Prioritize start of care visits
- Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants
- Submit start of care visit reports the next day
- Complete clinical notes and other documentation within 48 hours of the visit
- Maintain timely communication with supervisor, intake, and office
- Be responsive during normal business hours
Schedule and Territory
- Monday-Friday schedule with one weekend per month rotation
- Territory: Alameda County, with expansion as needed
Training and Work Details
- Training: 3 full days, including one in-house day and two field days
- Documentation system: Kinnser
- Equipment issued: iPad and Ring Central
- Mileage reimbursement: $0.655/mile from first to last patient
- Parking and toll reimbursement: paid
- Company car option available with a decreased bill rate
- Productivity requirement: 30 points per week
- Overtime must be pre-approved by the Clinical Supervisor
