    Occupational Therapist - Home Health

    Overview

    • Role: Occupational Therapist - Home Health
    • Location: Alameda County, California
    • Setting: Home Health

    Required Qualifications

    • Valid Occupational Therapist license in California
    • Occupational Therapist experience within the last year
    • 1 year of Occupational Therapist experience
    • Experience in a Home Health setting
    • BLS

    Role Responsibilities

    • Prioritize start of care visits
    • Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants
    • Submit start of care visit reports the next day
    • Complete clinical notes and other documentation within 48 hours of the visit
    • Maintain timely communication with supervisor, intake, and office
    • Be responsive during normal business hours

    Schedule and Territory

    • Monday-Friday schedule with one weekend per month rotation
    • Territory: Alameda County, with expansion as needed

    Training and Work Details

    • Training: 3 full days, including one in-house day and two field days
    • Documentation system: Kinnser
    • Equipment issued: iPad and Ring Central
    • Mileage reimbursement: $0.655/mile from first to last patient
    • Parking and toll reimbursement: paid
    • Company car option available with a decreased bill rate
    • Productivity requirement: 30 points per week
    • Overtime must be pre-approved by the Clinical Supervisor

    Tyler goes above and beyond. He made the travel process easy, is always incredibly responsive, and reaches out consistently to make sure things go smooth throughout the entirety of the contract and beyond. It is obvious he enjoys his work and genuinely cares about you as a traveler.
