PT (Physical Therapist)

Location

Auburn, Nebraska

Contract

13 weeks
40 hours per week
Days

Setting

SNF and Home Health in the surrounding areas, approximately 50/50
Also covers Auburn and Syracuse as needed for PTO and census

Required Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist license in Nebraska
Physical Therapist experience within the last year
1 year of Physical Therapist experience
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross

Preferred

New grads are accepted

Supervision

Supervises 2 PTAs

Schedule

Varies; days
Work week runs Sunday through Saturday

Additional Details

Therapy supervisor onsite
Software used: SNF Net Health, HH HCHB
Productivity expectation: 80% SNF and points system; 80 min/pt. Approx. 27 points if full time in HH
No on-call or call-back available
Housing may be used at additional cost
