Pediatric/NICU RN

Overview

Travel/contract role in Lafayette, Indiana
Based in the Pediatrics Department
Night shift: 3x12s or 4x12s
36 hours per week
13-week contract
First-time travelers accepted
Every other weekend required
Floating required to Peds department and NICU
Locals not accepted
Must work 2 out of 3 major holidays

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Indiana
NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care (1.5 years of experience)
NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care experience within the last year
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Pediatrics experience

Preferred Qualifications

CHEMO
TNCC
NIH Stroke Certification
Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap

Health and Compliance Requirements

Physical exam within 12 months of start
Fit mask within 12 months of start
Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year of start
TB questionnaire
Rubeola immunity or 2 vaccines
Mumps immunity or 2 vaccines
Rubella immunity or 2 vaccines
Hepatitis B series, titer, or signed declination
Varicella immunity or 2 vaccines
Negative 10-panel drug screen within 12 months of start
Flu vaccination or approved exemption
Background check within 90 days of start
EPLS/GSA/SAM within 30 days of start
HHS/OIG within 30 days of start
