Location

• Chapel Hill, North Carolina

Assignment Details

• 13-week contract
• Days, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week
• Travel between outpatient clinics within Chapel Hill
• High-volume setting with pediatric patients involved

Required Qualifications

• Radiology Technologist experience within the last year
• 1 year of Radiology Technologist experience
• ARRT (R)
• BLS
• Associate's degree in radiologic sciences

Preferred Qualifications

• EPIC experience
• Ortho, C-ARM, Siemens, DECA, Care Stream, and Sectra PAC/Eos experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general diagnostic radiology exams
• Verify patient identity, history, and pregnancy status before ionizing radiation
• Assess patient condition and determine whether additional medical personnel or equipment is needed
• Ensure accurate documentation and image management in RIS, CIS, PACS, SMS, and HIS
• Troubleshoot equipment and protocol issues
• Maintain patient safety and a clean, safe work environment
