Overview
- Specialty: CT Technologist
- Location: Warwick, Rhode Island
- Shift: 15:00 - 23:30
- Schedule: 40 hours, 8x5, every other weekend
- Contract length: 13 weeks
Required Qualifications
- ARRT
- BCLS
- BLS
- Valid driver’s license or state ID
- Primary source verification of professional license and/or certification
- COVID-19 vaccine series or bivalent booster
- MMR immunization or positive titer
- Fit test
- Hepatitis B vaccination series or declination
- Influenza vaccine
- 2-step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot)
- Varicella immunization or positive titer
- Tdap immunization
- CNE profile
- 2 professional references, including at least 1 supervisory reference
- Criminal background check
- First Look orientation packet
- Non-Employee confidentiality agreement
- Employment verification for the last 5 years
- Covid and Flu Policy CNE Form
- Confirmation of Assignment
- Badge photo
- Occ Health Request for Clearance Form
Preferred Qualifications
- Positive PPD history documentation with negative chest X-ray and annual TB questionnaire
