Valid RN license in Missouri
Med Surg / Telemetry (1 year of experience)
Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
BLS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Unit / Scope

Med Surg 5th floor: ortho, surgical, stroke
Med Surg/Tele 6th floor: cardiac, respiratory, dialysis, hospice
36 beds
Patient ratio: 1:6, depending on acuity
