Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in New York
Med Surg / Telemetry (3 years of experience)
Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
NIHSS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Driver's License
Ability to read basic rhythm strips
NIH Stroke Scale assessment capability

Onboarding / Compliance

Influenza vaccine or facility-specific declination form required; if declination is used, traveler must wear a mask at all times while on assignment
MMR immunity documentation required
Varicella immunity documentation required
Hepatitis B immunity documentation or declination required
Tdap within the last 10 years, or facility-specific declination form if not on file
TB testing required
Fit test must be completed prior to start and within the last 12 months
Physical/health statement within the past 12 months
Driver’s license or state ID required
