RN Step Down
Overview
- Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Shift: 07:00 - 19:30
- Schedule: Every other weekend; every other holiday
- Assignment details: Traveler will be placed on the unit with the greatest need, either PCU or Med/Surg/Tele, based on the traveler’s skills.
- Float scope: Must float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Wisconsin
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- 2 years of experience in PCU - Progressive Care Unit
- PCU - Progressive Care Unit experience within the last year
- Experience in an Acute Care setting
- Med Surg experience
- Telemetry experience
- Experience with Epic
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association
- NIH Certification
- Driver's License
- Current license and primary source verification within 30 days prior to start
- Nursys verification within 30 days prior to start
