Emergency Department Registered Nurse

Overview

  • Location: Fort Myers, Florida
  • Shift: 12hr Nights
  • Hours per week: 36
  • Contract length: 13 weeks
  • Start: ASAP

Unit Details

  • HP ER: Level 2 trauma facility, 22-bed unit
  • High-acuity ED with complex patients
  • Ratios: 3 to 4:1

Required Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in Florida
  • ED - Emergency Department (2 years of experience)
  • ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
  • BLS
  • ACLS
  • PALS
  • NIHSS
  • Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Preferred Qualifications

  • TNCC
  • ENPC
  • Prior travel experience

Additional Details

  • Epic EMR
  • Floating required; travelers are first to float, possibly to other sister campuses
  • Radius rule: 50 miles from perm address
  • All RTO must be included at submission; no RTO approvals after submission
  • Hard document deadline is Monday prior to start
  • Demographic information must be loaded at submission, including address, email, full DOB, full SS, and RN license number
