Inpatient Rehab RN
Overview
- Travel RN role in Inpatient Rehab
- Location: Madison, Wisconsin
- Employment type: Travel
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Hours per week: 36

Facility / Unit
- Free-standing acute inpatient rehabilitation hospital
- 49 beds
- Department/cost center: Rehab
- Patient ratio: 1:7
- Patient population: Adults requiring inpatient rehabilitation services with high acuity needs
- May be required to float to a satellite IRF facility within 20 minutes in the near future
Schedule
- 12-hour shifts: 6:30a–7:00p and 6:30p–7:00a
- Every other weekend and holiday rotations
- Call required
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Wisconsin
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- BLS
- Med Surg experience
- Rehabilitation (1 year of experience)
- Rehabilitation experience within the last year
Preferred Qualifications
- Med Surg or inpatient rehabilitation experience related to patient acuity
Additional Notes
- Nurses are expected to assist CNAs and answer call lights for patient safety
- Orientation dates listed: October 20, November 17, and December 1, 2026
