CT Tech
Overview
- Travel assignment in Albany, New York
- 40 hours per week
- Schedule: Friday - Sunday, 8am - 8:30pm
- No on-call responsibilities
Role Summary
- Performs CT procedures and assists in the clinical evaluation and care of patients in a fast-paced Level I Trauma and Academic Medical Center
- Performs CT exams on outpatients, inpatients, research patients, and patients requiring specialized CT scan-guided procedures
- Practices and enforces radiation safety measures in New York State Department of Health code part 16
Required Qualifications
- Valid CT Technologist license in New York
- CT Technologist experience within the last year
- 2 years of experience as a CT Technologist
- BLS
- ARRT
- High school diploma or equivalent and completion of an approved two-year radiologic technology program
Experience Level
- Entry level; limited or no experience accepted, with MIT level assigned based on skill set and experience
