Overview

Required Qualifications

• Experience: CT Technologist (2 years of experience); CT Technologist experience within the last year
• Certifications: Valid CT Technologist license in California; ARRT (R); BLS issued by American Heart Association; IV insertion skills
• License/verification: State License 1 Verification required
• Documentation/testing: Acknowledgement of PassFail Testing required
• References: 2 professional references required

• Skills checklist: Unit-specific Skills Checklist required
• Health requirements: Physical Exam within 1 year of start; Fit Mask within 1 year of start; Tdap within the last 10 years; Negative TB or Chest X-Ray within 1 year of start; TB Questionnaire required; Hepatitis B surface antibody titer required; Rubeola, Mumps, Rubella, and Varicella immunity documentation required; Negative 9 Panel Drug Screen within 1 year of start
