Type: Travel Contract | Level 1 Trauma Center

Position Overview:
HumanEdge Health is seeking a highly skilled CT Technologist for a 17-week travel assignment at a Level 1 Trauma Center in Rochester, NY. This is a night shift, weekend-based role requiring strong trauma imaging experience and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Confirm patient identity and verify exams per safety protocols

• Perform diagnostic CT scans under physician direction

• Insert IVs when necessary

• Prepare and position patients, using proper safe handling techniques

• Document accurately in EPIC and ensure images are sent correctly to PACS

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Participate in holiday, on-call, and callback coverage as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program

• ARRT Certification (CT)

• New York State License (must be obtained prior to start)

• Minimum 2 years of CT experience

• Experience in a Level 1 Trauma Center

• BLS – American Heart Association only

Preferred Qualifications:

• Injection certification (preferred or willing to obtain during orientation)

• Familiarity with Philips and Siemens CT equipment
