Job Opportunity: CT Technologist (Level 2)

Job Summary

Seeking a CT Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging, prepare patients for scans, and maintain accurate patient records. The role involves coordinating with physicians, positioning patients safely, and ensuring a clean and safe scanning environment.

Location & Schedule

• Shift: Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
• On-call: 2-3 call shifts per month, including holidays and callbacks as needed

Required Qualifications

• Current New York State CT Technologist license (must be obtained prior to starting)
• Certification through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
• Injection therapy certification required on license at time of submission (or willingness to complete during orientation)
• Minimum 2 years of CT technologist experience
• Level 1 Trauma Center experience required
• BLS certification (American Heart Association only)
• Experience with Siemens scanner required
• Experience with Epic electronic medical records system highly desired

Preferred Qualifications

• Injection certification preferred (if not already held, must be willing to complete during orientation)
• Knowledge of Philips imaging equipment preferred
