40 hours per week, four 10-hour shifts
Shift start times: 6:30 AM, 7:00 AM, or 8:00 AM

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Massachusetts
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Minimum of 1 year of Interventional Radiology experience, including experience within the last year
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
Moderate sedation skill set
Cardiology experience

Submission Requirements

Resume including past 7 years of work experience with city and state
Two references within 4 years, including at least one supervisor or higher in the relevant skillset
Candidate submission coversheet (current version)

Additional Notes

Primary source verification of professional license and certifications required within 30 days of start date
No fit testing can be done onsite; must be completed prior to start
Positive TB test requires negative chest x-ray documentation
Name change documentation required if credentials do not match current legal name
Confirmation of assignment form required upon acceptance and for any changes in start date
