$500 CONTRACT COMPLETION BONUS

Opportunity:

LPN - Corrections

Job Details:

• Work Monday through Friday with choice of shift times: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM or 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Work every third weekend and holiday from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
• 26-week assignment duration
• Part of LPN pool with rotating weekend and holiday schedule
• Provide direct patient care and medication delivery services
• Work in medication room administering nurse medications
• Conduct annual health maintenance screenings
• Cross-trained to work in laboratory
• Administer facility injections including MAT/MOUD, biologics, and insulin
• Assist with blood sugar checks and restricted housing rounds
• Perform routine tests and wound care assistance
• Support annual health screenings and diabetic foot/peri care
• Provide emergency support with RN team using cart, medications, and AED
• Maintain accurate timeline documentation of events, orders, and vitals
• Handle medication administration directly to patients including warfarin and Hepatitis treatments
• Manage medication inventory including ordering, requesting, storing, and proper administration
• Ensure no harm comes to patients by maintaining vital medication schedules
