Opportunity:

CT Technologist - CT Tech

Job Details:

• Work Monday through Friday from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM
• On-call requirement 1 in every 7th weekend
• Night shift hours 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM (10-hour shifts)
• Must be available to work 7 days a week based on facility needs
• Required to interchange between X-ray and CT - both skills mandatory
• Work independently at night without other support staff
• Average of 45 scans per day
• Perform CT scans including strokes, traumas, abdominal, CTA, angiography, contrast/non-contrast, vascular
• Perform X-ray procedures including fluoroscopy, OR, all body parts (chest, abdominal, hand, joint, extremity)
• Treat inpatient and emergency department patients (no outpatient during night shift)
• 1:1 patient ratio
• Must have 3+ years of experience in acute care setting
• Required certifications: BLS, ARRT, Wisconsin license
• CT skills required: IV skills (preferred), power injection, GE or Toshiba experience, CTA experience, trauma/stroke experience
• X-ray skills required: General X-ray, Fuji or Cannon experience, fluoroscopy
• Must be proficient in EPIC charting system
• Equipment includes McKesson PACS, GE and Toshiba CT scanners, Fuji portable and Cannon X-ray machines
• 4-day orientation program provided
• 30-minute response time for on-call situations
• Holiday expectation: 1 holiday required
• Dress code: Any color scrubs, no camo, denim, or hoodies

Facility:

This 123-bed healthcare facility serves as a Level III Trauma Center and Primary Stroke Center, providing comprehensive medical services to the community. The imaging department features 2 CT rooms, 1 X-ray room, and 2 portable machines, supporting both inpatient and emergency department needs. The facility maintains modern equipment and technology to deliver quality diagnostic imaging services around the clock.
