$500 CONTRACT COMPLETION BONUS
Opportunity:
RN - Neonatal Intensive Care Nurse
Job Details:
• 1-2 years of NICU experience required
• Experience at a Level III NICU required
• Patient ratio of 1:1-3 for both day and night shifts
• Every other weekend rotation required
• No on-call responsibilities
• Up to 7 days of time off may be approved
• Patient types include micropreemies, infections, respiratory distress, neonatal abstinence syndrome (NAS), and Level III acuity patients - no major surgeries
• Required skills include oxygen therapy, nitric oxide, CPAP, chest tube care, care of micropreemies, experience with intubated and vented neonates, and delivery experience
• Transport experience preferred
• Unit support includes CNA coverage at 1:18 ratio, phlebotomy for lab draws, charge nurse takes an assignment, bedside and nurses station telemetry monitoring with no tele tech, and neonatologist and NP in house 24/7
• May float to PEDS unit to care for NICU babies
• Charting and equipment includes EPIC, Alaris, and Pyxis
• Required certifications: BLS, NRP; STABLE preferred
• Scrub color: Any color
• Free parking available

The facility operates as a Primary Stroke Center and maintains 167 total beds, with an 18-bed NICU unit. The organization provides a full spectrum of specialized medical services supported by advanced technology and round-the-clock specialist coverage, ensuring high-quality patient care across all departments.
