Opportunity:

RN - OR; TIER 5: GYN/GU/Transplant

Job Details:

• Day/evening 12-hour shifts from 9:40 AM to 10:10 PM, Monday through Friday with variation
• Weekend call responsibility required
• Orientation is 2 weeks long with 8-hour shifts from 6:40 AM to 3:10 PM, 5 days per week during orientation period
• Must have experience in Urology, Gynecology/Oncology, kidney transplant, pancreas transplant, and robotic surgery
• Minimum 2 years of acute care experience within the last 3 years in the specialty required
• Travelers are required to float as needed
• Locals within 50 miles of the facility are not accepted
• Pass/fail telemetry exam required prior to start with strict passing criteria - must pass within two attempts
• Epic charting system experience required
• Trauma Level I and Level II experience preferred
• Previous charge experience preferred
• Procedures include kidney transplant, Da Vinci Xi robotic surgery, hysterectomy, urological and GYN robotic procedures, nephrectomy, HOLEP, cystectomy, ureteroscopy, laparoscopic gynecology, anterior/posterior repair, abdominal hysterectomy, procurements, and prostatectomy
• Patient age groups include adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Required certifications: BLS (AHA only), RN License (pending WI license accepted with submission)
