Description
Job Summary:
Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Nursing position located in Burlington, Massachusetts. This role involves providing specialized critical care services in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The position requires the ability to work rotating shifts and is ideal for experienced ICU nurses seeking a dynamic assignment.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Rotating shifts, 12 hours per shift, 36 hours per week, with a 4-week rotation of 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 7 a.m., including every other weekend.
- Required Qualifications: ASN (Associate of Science in Nursing) required; 2-5 years of ICU experience required. Trauma level I facility experience is preferred but candidates with trauma level II experience may be considered. Previous travel experience is preferred; EPIC experience is required. Current Massachusetts RN license is required. A basic life support (BLS) and advanced cardiovascular life support (ACLS) certification are necessary.
- Schedule: Shift hours are 12 hours, minimum of 36 hours per week. Start date is 08/10/2026.
- Additional Information: The role requires float flexibility to ICU and progressive care unit (PCU) as needed. Telemetry test will be administered on the first day, and a pass is required to continue the assignment. Candidates must have been separated from their organization for at least six months to be considered, and local candidates are not accepted.
