Job Summary:
The profession is Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in telemetry care, located in Tucson, Arizona. This role involves providing direct patient care to individuals on a telemetry unit, with responsibilities including assessing, planning, and implementing clinical interventions on a per shift basis. The RN will oversee staff to ensure delivery of high-quality, safe, and appropriate patient care, supporting the facilitys clinical leadership.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license, Bachelors or Associates Degree in Nursing, at least 1 year of clinical experience, current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, TB clearance, and successful completion of facility onboarding processes.
• Preferred Qualifications: Prior telemetry experience preferred.
• Float: Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The Telemetry Registered Nurse will be responsible for assessing, planning, and delivering direct clinical care to patients on a telemetry unit. The role includes supervising staff to ensure appropriate care delegation and supporting the facility's Chief Nursing Officer in maintaining high standards of nursing care, staff competency, and resource management.
