Description

Job Summary:
Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse in Silver Spring, Maryland. This position involves providing specialized care to women during labor, delivery, and postpartum. The role requires a dedicated healthcare professional to support patients through various stages of childbirth within the labor and delivery department.

Job Details:

Schedule: Days shift with 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, Bachelor's degree in Nursing or higher, Maryland (MD) state licensure, and a minimum of 0 years of experience in labor and delivery nursing.
Preferred Qualifications: Certification in Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) and Electronic Fetal Heart Monitoring (EFM).
Float: Float rotation may be required.
Additional Information: The healthcare professional will be responsible for monitoring vital signs, managing labor progress, assisting with deliveries, and providing postpartum care.
