Job Summary
Telemetry (TELE) registered nurse position in a healthcare facility. This role involves providing specialized patient care within a neuro, cardiopulmonary, and telemetry unit. Job Details

• Shift Time: Nights
• Shift Hours: 12 hours
• Minimum Hours Per Week: 36
• Required Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of recent experience within the past 6 months; current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications; active RN license; ability to interpret EKGs; certification required for Prophecy Dysrhythmia Exam; recent experience in Neuro, CVA, pulmonary, or general telemetry units
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience interpreting EKGs; experience working in a Neuro or Telemetry unit
• Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, with every other weekend work; first day orientation includes 2 days on the floor.
• Additional Information: The unit is a 26-bed neuro and cardiopulmonary telemetry unit with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:3-4. The unit has centralized telemetry, and RN staff may float to sister facilities if necessary. Hospitalist rounds are conducted during the day, with on-call services at night.
• Submission Requirements: Candidates must be able to submit licenses and certifications for review.
• Other Conditions: The facility can cancel up to four shifts per 13-week assignment or three shifts for shorter durations.
