Job Summary
Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE), located in the specified area, is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join the healthcare team. This position involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for patients within a hospital setting, utilizing the nursing process to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Job Details

• Position Description: The Registered Nurse will utilize the nursing process in caring for assigned patients, completing assessments, and individualizing care plans within established guidelines. Responsibilities include organizing, prioritizing, and performing nursing skills appropriate for the patient population, documenting care accurately, and facilitating patient education and discharge planning. Collaboration with other disciplines and supporting unit/hospital goals through participation in educational activities are essential.
• Required Qualifications: Valid multi-state or State of Oklahoma Registered Nurse License, BLS certification, NIHSS certification (Muskogee, South, Vinita), and 0-6 months of related experience. Epic experience (Muskogee, South, Vinita) is required.
• Preferred Qualifications: Epic experience in South, Vinita, Yale; ACLS certification (Vinita).
• Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: The RN must demonstrate effective interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, possess the ability to organize and prioritize work efficiently, and be detail-oriented in examining clinical and numerical data. The role requires working directly with patients and other healthcare professionals, and adherence to hospital standards and policies.
