Job Summary
Pediatric Transport Nurse Seattle Area. This position supports ground transportation needs for infant and pediatric patients, working closely with a team of respiratory therapists and advanced practice providers to ensure safe and efficient patient transfers within surrounding hospitals and facilities. The role involves supporting neonatal and pediatric transport operations, with responsibilities extending to NICU, PICU, or Peds units as needed.
Job Details
- Position: Pediatric Transport Nurse

- Schedule: Nights; 3x12-hour shifts (1900-0700) with every other weekend requirement
- Minimum Hours Per Week: 36 hours
- Required Qualifications: BLS, NRP, PALS certifications; valid Compact state license in hand at submission; 0 years of experience minimum; must have ground transportation experience.
- Preferred Qualifications: Charge nurse experience.
- Additional Information: Role involves working as a bedside nurse in NICU, PICU, or Peds units, with the possibility of floating to support various units as needed. Candidates are expected to support external transport activities and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide optimal care during patient transfers.
- Submission Requirements: Candidates must confirm prior experience at Providence facilities, including location and dates, and provide two references covering 1 year (6 months for CNAs) within the last three years.
