Job Title

Travel – Physical Therapist

Location

Pensacola, Florida

Schedule / Job Type

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an acute care and/or rehabilitation setting
Evaluate patient conditions and develop individualized treatment plans to restore function and mobility
Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions in alignment with facility protocols and care standards
Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated and effective patient care

Required Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist (PT) license valid in the state of Florida
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Ability to work a consistent day shift schedule (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
Compliance with all facility credentialing and health requirements

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior experience in an acute care, rehabilitation, or comprehensive inpatient rehab setting
Familiarity with CARF-accredited rehabilitation environments
Previous travel therapy assignment experience
