Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | 12-Hour Shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a high volume of CT imaging studies (85–100 scans per day) including brain, abdomen, pelvis, spine, extremities, and angiography procedures
• Assist with advanced procedures including biopsies, drainage, and cryoablation under radiologist supervision
• Operate Canon 16-slice and Canon 80-slice CT scanners within a 2-room department
• Utilize Radnet and Merge PACS for image acquisition, archiving, and communication
• Adhere to department dress code (teal scrubs) and comply with all radiation safety protocols, including use of a film/radiology badge provided by the agency
• Observe holiday coverage requirements, including 1 major and 1 minor holiday per contract

Required Qualifications

• Active California CRT (Certified Radiologic Technologist) license required
• ARRT certification in Radiography (R) required
• ARRT CT specialty certification required
• Fluoroscopy permit required
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of CT technologist experience required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Canon CT scanner equipment (16-slice and/or 80-slice)
• Familiarity with Radnet and/or Merge PACS systems
• Experience in a high-volume imaging environment performing advanced CT-guided procedures
