Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient occupational therapy services to a diverse patient population ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics
• Deliver hand therapy and splinting services as a core component of outpatient caseload
• Treat adult and geriatric inpatient populations including orthopedic, neurological, medical, and pulmonary diagnoses
• Support home health OT services at the off-site outpatient center on designated days as needed
• Utilize Cerner EMR system for documentation and patient management
• Participate in general department orientation including skills checklist completion with an assigned clinician

Required Qualifications

• Active California Occupational Therapist (OTR) license
• Current BLS certification
• Experience or training in outpatient occupational therapy
• Hand therapy and splinting experience

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience with Cerner EMR
• Familiarity with JCAHO Stroke certification protocols or early mobility programs
• Experience working with pediatric outpatient populations
