Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting
Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans
Monitor and document patient progress toward therapy goals
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Virginia or compact eligibility
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting
Current CPR/BLS certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior travel or contract therapy experience
Familiarity with SNF documentation and billing requirements
