Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical setting
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
- Monitor and document patient condition and response to care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Iowa or compact state eligibility
- Current BLS certification
- Experience in a Medical Surgical nursing environment
- Ability to work Day shift, including holiday coverage as required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel or contract nursing experience
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
