Job Title

Registered Nurse – Operating Room

Location

Camden, SC

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 4x10-Hour Shifts | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

Provide perioperative nursing care to patients in an acute care hospital operating room setting
Participate in on-call rotation; weekday call hours run from 3:00 PM to 7:00 AM as assigned per call rotation schedule
Work every approximately 4th weekend, with weekday coverage as determined by staffing needs
Float within scope of practice to meet facility needs, including coverage across like units as required
Document patient care accurately using Epic electronic health records system

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 4 years of Operating Room RN experience required; first-time travelers will not be considered
Active South Carolina RN license or Compact license must be in hand prior to start date
Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
Ability to participate in emergency response team assignments during hurricane season (June through November)

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior travel nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting
Familiarity with Epic charting system
