Travel RN – Oncology (Night Shift)

Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Full-Time | Onsite | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Every Other Weekend and Holiday Rotation Required
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care within an oncology unit in accordance with facility policies and standards of practice
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies specific to oncology patient populations
- Monitor and assess patient conditions throughout the night shift, documenting changes and communicating with the care team
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Participate in weekend and holiday rotations in alignment with facility scheduling requirements
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Georgia or compact licensure eligibility
- Minimum of 2 years of oncology nursing experience
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
- Willingness to work every other weekend and holidays on a rotating basis
- Current BLS certification; additional certifications as required by facility
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a large, acute care or academic medical center environment
- Familiarity with oncology-specific protocols including chemotherapy administration and symptom management
- OCN (Oncology Certified Nurse) certification is a plus
