MRI Technologist – Radiology/Cardiology
Location
Philadelphia, PA
Schedule / Job Type
Contract | Nights | 5x8-Hour Shifts (4:00 PM – 12:00 AM) | On-Call Required
Key Responsibilities
- Perform MRI imaging procedures in a fast-paced hospital environment
- Operate and maintain MRI equipment in accordance with facility protocols
- Document and manage patient imaging records using the Centricity charting system
- Participate in on-call rotation, including 1–2 nights per week (12:00 AM – 8:00 AM) and every 5th weekend (Saturday/Sunday, 24-hour coverage)
- Adhere to patient safety standards and trauma-level care protocols
Required Qualifications
- ARRT (R)(MR) certification required
- BLS certification required
- Minimum 2 years of MRI technologist experience required
- Level I trauma experience required
- Valid state license or certification required at time of submission
- PA Fingerprinting (Childline) required prior to start
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with Philips MRI equipment preferred
- Familiarity with the Centricity charting system is a plus
