Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | 5x8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient clinical setting
Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
Implement therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress throughout the course of care
Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated and effective patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Virginia (permanent license required)
Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
Ability to meet credentialing and contract quality assurance requirements prior to assignment start
Commitment to fulfilling a 40-hour guaranteed workweek (32 hours during holiday weeks)

Preferred Experience / Skills

Experience working in a high-volume outpatient rehabilitation environment
Familiarity with travel or contract-based clinical assignments
