Key Responsibilities

• Prioritize and complete start of care visits with next-day mandatory reporting
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants in the field
• Complete clinical notes and all required documentation within 48 hours of each visit
• Maintain timely communication with supervisor, intake, and office staff during normal business hours
• Manage a caseload averaging 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week across the greater Sacramento area
• Expand service territory as needed based on caseload demands

Required Qualifications

• Active California Physical Therapist (PT) license in good standing
• Minimum of one year of home health experience
• Ability to meet a productivity requirement of 30 points per week
• Proficiency or ability to learn electronic documentation systems (Kinnser)
• Reliable availability and responsiveness during normal business hours

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience supervising Physical Therapy Assistants in a home health setting
• Familiarity with OASIS documentation, including start of care, recertification, and discharge assessments
• Experience working across a broad geographic territory
