Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy evaluation and treatment services to patients in accordance with facility protocols and professional standards
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support patient functional goals
• Document patient progress, treatment sessions, and clinical outcomes accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team members to coordinate comprehensive patient care
• Maintain compliance with all facility policies, including identification and badging requirements at all times while on site

Required Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist licensure in the state of Washington
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current NBCOT certification or eligibility
• Ability to meet a 35-hour weekly guarantee
• Must present valid state or federally issued photo identification upon arrival at the facility

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a contract or registry therapy setting
• Experience working in a skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or similar clinical environment
