Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to residents in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs to maximize patient function and independence
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
• Float between worksites as needed to meet patient care demands
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure comprehensive patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active California Occupational Therapist license
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
• Ability to work day shift hours and maintain a 40-hour workweek schedule
• Willingness to float between worksites as required
• Ability to meet standard credentialing requirements

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Casamba documentation software strongly preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills within a multidisciplinary team environment
