Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within a Medical/Surgical setting as part of a float pool team
• Float to all Medical/Surgical units as needed based on facility staffing requirements
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Accurately document patient information and clinical findings using EPIC electronic health records system
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license with Nursys verification
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Medical/Surgical nursing
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records system
• Current BLS/certification card required
• Ability to float to all Medical/Surgical areas as assigned with no time-off requests during the contract period
• Resume/work history with no employment gaps greater than 60 days

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior float pool experience in a Medical/Surgical environment
• Strong adaptability and ability to transition between multiple units efficiently
