Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients in accordance with individualized physical therapy plans of care
Document patient progress, treatment sessions, and clinical outcomes in a timely and accurate manner
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care and discharge planning
Maintain valid state licensure and adhere to all facility compliance requirements, including wearing a photo badge and presenting state or federal issued identification upon entry

Required Qualifications

Active Florida Physical Therapist (PT) license in good standing
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Valid state or federal issued photo identification required at all times while on site

Preferred Experience / Skills

Prior contract or registry experience in a fast-paced clinical environment
Strong documentation and time management skills
