Computed Tomography Tech (CT Tech)

Contract | Night Shift | Monday–Friday, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Operate computed tomography (CT) equipment to produce cross-sectional images of patients' bones, organs, and tissue for diagnostic purposes
• Perform general radiography procedures as needed
• Perform fluoroscopy procedures as applicable
• Administer contrast materials via venipuncture when required
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout all imaging procedures

Required Qualifications

• ARRT Registration: R.T. (R)(CT)(ARRT) or R.T. (R)(ARRT) required
• California Radiologic Technologist (RT) state license required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor required
• Fluoroscopy license required in California if operating fluoroscopy equipment
• Venipuncture certification required in California if performing venipuncture to administer contrast materials
• Hospital Fire and Life Safety (HLFS) certification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology
• Advanced certification in CT modality (preferred in California)
• Experience performing a variety of imaging modalities including CT, general radiography, and fluoroscopy
